Goldfields House, located at 627 Chapel Street in South Yarra, is the new home of the Oreana Property group from its previous headquarters in St Kilda. The landmark tower is the only dedicated commercial building in the precinct, and with high-end amenities and a prime location, Goldfields is highly sought after.
Throughout the 2-level fit out, designed by ODC Design, the Oreana Group’s 2,320 sqm office space utilised Criterion’s Barwon doors with two narrow mid-rails. This sleek and versatile option works with a variety of Criterion partition systems, however for this project it was used in conjunction with Criterion’s Svelte 75 suite and employed Svelte 75 front glazed door jambs to match the front glazed partition windows.
The warm, contemporary atmosphere ODC Design curated throughout the space has been truly complemented through the use of the Svelte suite and Barwon doors. The slim form factor of Svelte and narrow mid-rails of the Barwon, has allowed for a seamless and minimal atheistic for a perfect pairing of sophistication and style.
