Dexus Fitout - One Farrer

September 08, 2022 2 Est read time

The Dexus fit-out located at One Farrer place in the heart of Sydney’s CBD is a leading business precinct that boasts views of Sydney’s Icons including the Harbour Bridge, the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Opera House, and a number of heritage buildings. This, paired with market leading facilities and modern finishes makes it one of the most sought-after Business Centres in Sydney Central Business District.

With Dexus seeking a minimalistic and spacious look, the Svelte 75 Partition suite was the only logical choice with its ultra-slender 15 – 20mm reveals and subtle corporate appeal.

Professionals in interior office design, Lane Studios Architects fully utilised & showcased the features of the suite to deliver an office space both functional and elegant.

The builder appointed to oversee the project was Project One. Bupa Projects were the nominated installers of Criterions Svelte 75 system. With Criterions unique ability to provide constant and clear communication over the festive season with onsite contractors from Bupa Projects, all parties involved could rest assured that there would be minimal disruption in what is a particularly busy time of year.

Described by Chris from Lane Studios as “perfectly inobtrusive”, the Svelte 75 Sliding System complimented the limited floor area to focus on a Key Objective of the design brief; “Spacious”.

The fluted glass dividers framed with Svelte visually barricaded the office space from the Café feel Kitchenette, creating flexibility where staff can move from one zone to another seamlessly.

The Satin Black Night Sky powder coat finish starkly contrasts the organic, yet luxurious textiles and timbers used throughout the fit-out fulfilling the clients’ wants of a minimalistic and spacious look, without sacrificing corporate appeal. A contemporary & stylish office space that creates an atmosphere of productivity.

This is yet another display of Criterion’s capacity to optimise areas to transform from mundane office areas into valued productive workspaces.
