The Towers and Ritz Carlton Elizabeth Quay are located at water’s edge of the Swan River, providing unimpeded views of the Perth skyline. The multi-towered project consisted of a 5-star luxury waterfront hotel, residential apartments, along with ground floor retail, dining and entertainment combine to create a prestigious waterside precinct in the heart of Perth.
The six-star Ritz Carlton hotel includes 205 state-of-the-art hotel rooms, with skyline, river and parkland views. The residential towers consist of 379 apartments ranging from one to five-bedroom homes which offer of resort-style living and amenities.
Cottee Parker Architects were able to draw on their experience in urban design and architectural flair, with Probuild bringing this luxurious new destination to life. The internal fitout team at Express Interiors & Construction’s, utilised Criterion’s high-quality products throughout the landmark precinct.
Criterion’s Acacia Cavity Unit was utilised mainly within the apartments, injecting elegance and maximises space. Utilising the high-performance Arctic roller technology, this cost-effective cavity unit facilitates a smooth slide action and offers both low clearance and soft-close options.
Decorum Concealed Fix Skirting was utilised throughout the offices within the towers to provide long term protection to the walls at floor level. Installed with a concealed screw fixing, this range provides a characteristic finish and enables easy removal in view of accessing services.
Purpose-made Flashings & Angles were used to finish off the Ritz Carlton’s interior with style and finesse. Criterion’s range of aluminium geometric sections can be used for a wide range of applications, both practical and aesthetic, providing your project a high-quality result.
