Since 1994, Lloyd has been leading the Criterion business along with the support of his Management Team. Commencing on the factory floor and then moving through despatch and customer service, Lloyd has developed a broad understanding of the entire business process. With a strong commitment to making life easier for our customers, Lloyd understands the importance of simplifying the complex and removing unnecessary duplication from the process in order to provide a streamlined service. Lloyd is also involved in a number of other charitable positions, providing him valuable insights into other business models and methods of operation. This exposure has become a dear teacher and helped forge a deep appreciation of the value of strategic foresight, the importance of financial management and the critical requirement of a united team. He deeply espouses the values of Criterion – energetic, committed & united. Lloyd believes in forging meaningful long term relationships with staff, customers & suppliers. He regularly keeps in contact with customers to better understand their challenges and to ensure Criterion is positioning itself to resolve these issues. Anthony has been with Criterion for over 20 years. Experienced in customer service, sales, operations, and management, his participation in all business departments promoted his relocation to Sydney in 2015 to establish the NSW Office. Since then, Anthony has strategically expanded the business by opening an additional site in Leichhardt to provide a higher level of customer support and availability of products for our CBD Projects. Anthony meets every challenge with a progressive and steady approach, driving the team to achieve great results with enhanced stakeholder engagement. He enjoys strategy and new challenges, and ensures he creates progression for all his staff members with his thoughtful approach to supporting every individual.
Craig has been with Criterion for 12 Years and has been instrumental to the growth and to the overall management. With an eye for detail and a tenacious approach to executing, Craig continues to lift the bar when it comes to delivering results. His energy and willingness to embrace change inspires his team to remain motivated and focussed on achieving their goals. He is constantly challenging the status quo to create innovative products, improve efficiency and exceed customers expectations. His involvement across every department of the business is what has helped shaped Criterion now and for the future.
Having started work at Criterion as an assistant truck jockey as a youngster in the school holidays, it would be fair to say Mark has experienced the Criterion business from almost every angle! Mark formally joined the family business in 1996, his diverse career within Criterion includes warehouse duties, manufacturing, powder coating, despatch/receiving manager, production manager, customer service and now his current role as procurement manager. Today Mark establishes, negotiates and tenders local, national and international suppliers, to ensure we have stock readily available for our customers. With a strong focus on continuous improvement to our procurement and purchasing policies and processes Mark is a passionate advocate for our valued customers and the Criterion cause.
Since 2005 Martin has been exposed to a variety of roles in sales and design. His dedication to innovation and impressive product knowledge is truly commendable. Martin now oversees the R&D and engineering side of the business where he is leading the charge for new product development, resulting in the successful launch of a series of industry-leading products.
With a career founded in the Australian Defence Force whilst enlisted in the Royal Australian Army, Nick is a Professional Member of the Australian HR Institute, with over 10 years of HR Management experience. Nick has experience across multiple industries including construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and FMCG, along with supporting businesses during periods of complex change. Nick’s strategic focus is on aligning HR with Criterion’s current and future needs through culture change management, career advancement programs, performance management and strong employee relations whilst delivering on his commitment to developing and maintaining a knowledgeable, driven and engaged team who are empowered to reach their full potential at Criterion Industries.
Parag is a senior finance leader with extensive experience of over 20 years. He is a Chartered Accountant, CPA, CMA, and holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia. With a track record of success as a CFO and other senior finance roles, in many sectors, Parag's expertise in his current and previous roles include finance, accounting, treasury, M&A, and strategy. Parag is a dedicated leader of his team, constantly striving towards new solutions, and financial growth. Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoys hiking in the woods and travelling with family and friends.
